The space shuttle made its grand entrance over the Hudson River to it's final resting place, the Intrepid. Carl had about 30 minutes notice but he called me for his telephoto lens and we met at the 79th Street basin along with lots of other people up and down the Greenway. (title stolen from NYTimes)
