Full Moon over the Frick

Oh, I do love the Impressionists! We went to a lecture at the Frick last night by Anne Distel, a senior curator emerita of the French National Museums, on "Renoir and the Woman of Paris."

At 55 degrees, the walk home through the park was icing on the cake. Another perk since 1966 - a walk in Central Park at dark, never! Last night it was full of people, running, biking, walking, skating and enjoying the city lights from every turn in the path.

My impression from the day is that UES is dog walkers and UWS is baby strollers.

Mistake, I should not have taken the photo in the exhibit, I thought it was just flash photos that were prohibited.
