The drive to Columbus for Sarah and Aaron's wedding brought us by the Flight 93 National Memorial. The World Trade Center was so central to my grief that I had not given much thought to the plane that went down in Pennsylvania. It is agonizing for me to imagine what the crew and passengers faced while making the decision to crash their plane and save the Capital knowing the horrors of the first two hijacked planes.
